P.C.C.s, short for Psychic Character Classes are a character class for those with psychic abilities.
These are not used in Rifts books, where psychic classes are generally referred to as R.C.C.s. This is avoided in other systems as it can create confusion with R.C.C. being used to refer to species.
P.C.C.s are present in Beyond the Supernatural, Nightbane and Palladium Fantasy.
